Saxena Law Chambers has its roots firmly grounded in history going back to the year 1932 when Late Adv Shyam Bihari Lal Saxena started practising the noble profession, a renowned law firm based in Rajasthan operating in the Honourable High Court of Rajasthan and other subordinates’ courts and tribunals. Starting from beginning a family tradition of more than 92 years. It was carried forward by his nephew Late Adv Kanhaiya Lal Ji Saxena. Mr Shyam Bihari Lal Ji Saxena was mayor of Jaipur City for two consecutive terms and to protest the shifting of the Bench, he surrendered his municipal corporation’s membership and was also jailed in this connection. He was an accomplished social worker connected with many social & religious organizations. He has been the President of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur and 3 year consecutive President of Jaipur Bar Association which is Asia's largest bar association

Adv Kanhaiya Lal Saxena joined the bar association after attaining the LLB degree from Agra University and rose to become a well-known and reputed lawyer in Civil law and Practiced law for 50 years. Throughout his distinguished career as a lawyer of impeccable repute, Mr Kanhaiya Lal Saxena carved out a special niche for himself not only in the legal fraternity but also amongst the public at large in the State of Rajasthan. He was among the top advocates of Jaipur in the civil field. He has handled many cases belonging Zagirdari Act and the royal families of the state. The office is proud of having one of the oldest and richest legal libraries in the city, which is also perhaps the oldest in the State of Rajasthan. Besides this, our long-associated and dedicated administrative staff is the backbone of our growth and expansion. We also have state-of-the-art infrastructure, which collectively makes our office one of the leading and reputed Law Offices in the State. We also draw work from several other leading law Firms having global presence and provide internships to students of prestigious Law Schools from various states in the Country.
